TurboESIM operates an international digital retail platform providing prepaid data-only electronic SIM (eSIM) profiles. Our profiles connect travelers to local telecommunication partner networks across 200+ countries and regions.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into binding digital contracts.
• Data-Only Profiles: Unless explicitly noted otherwise on a specific package card, TurboESIM profiles are data-only. They do not include a local telephone number or analog voice/SMS minutes. Over-The-Top VoIP calling (such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, Zoom, and Skype) functions normally over your high-speed eSIM data connection.

Before purchasing any package, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your target handset meets both of the following mandatory conditions:

• Validity Commencement: Unless explicitly noted otherwise on the destination page, plan validity days begin counting only when your device attaches to a supported local telecommunications tower in the destination country with Data Roaming enabled.
• Package Expiration: A plan expires upon the earlier of: (a) total consumption of the allotted high-speed data volume (e.g., 5GB), or (b) the elapsing of the specified validity duration (e.g., 15 days) from initial network attachment.
• Unused Balances: Unused data allowances remaining upon validity expiry are forfeit and cannot be transferred to other profiles or destinations.

All prices displayed on TurboESIM are in United States Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) as toggled by the user. What you see is exactly what you pay.

• Immediate Billing: Your designated payment method is charged immediately upon clicking “Pay & Get eSIM” via Stripe's Level-1 PCI-compliant gateway.
• Zero Recurring Billing: TurboESIM plans are 100% prepaid. We will never place recurring or automatic renewal charges on your payment card.

To request a refund, email support@mail.turboesim.com with your Order Reference ID. Refund requests are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

You agree to use your TurboESIM connectivity strictly for lawful travel and personal communications purposes. You shall not utilize our services for:

• Bulk unsolicited commercial messaging (SPAM) or automated scraping.
• Denial of service (DoS) attacks, network disruption, or unauthorized hacking activities.
• Any activity that infringes upon third-party copyrights, intellectual property, or local laws of the destination nation.

Wireless telecommunication signals depend on radio wave propagation, topography, atmospheric conditions, and local partner carrier tower capacity. TurboESIM cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free signal at every remote geographic coordinate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TurboESIM's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the actual monetary amount paid for the specific eSIM order.
